Elizabeth Wong, Miss Capital Region 2012, an official preliminary to Miss Connecticut and Miss America
Part of my success in the Miss America Organization is credited to Amanda Beagle and the resources on her website. I was fortunate enough to work with Amanda on my talent presentation. I had spoken with Amanda about taking voice lessons to strengthen my talent (because I am not a vocalist by background). She really spent time with me learning my comfort zone and range. She pushed me to commit to my performance and step outside of my shell. I walked away being a more confident young woman. It was Amanda's faith in me that helped me rise to the occasion come competition. Thank you, Amanda! I can't wait to continue this journey together.
Heather Wells, Miss Miami Valley 2012, an official preliminary to Miss Ohio and Miss America
I recently worked with Amanda on my interview, and her expertise has greatly helped me! She has helped me make huge strides in perfecting my interview. I finally have the confidence I need to walk into the interview room and give the judges the best version of myself. Amanda is kind and helpful. Her work is exceptional. She truly cares about the women that compete and wants to see each contestant grow and learn for her pageant experience. I strongly suggest that you take the time to meet and work with this incredible woman! She has truly helped me grow and transform!
Allison Vance, 1st runner up and talent winner at Miss Central Ohio
"Amanda has helped me with ever phase of competition. I meet with her for private coaching as well as participate in planned mock interviews. I had competed in several preliminaries before meeting her and was not winning anything, but the last two after working with her I placed 3rd runner up in one, and then the next 1st runner up and talent! My interview has improved tremendously. My attire and walk are better, but where I received the most help was my talent. If you are a singer, this is someone that you want to work with. She made my voice go places I did not know that it could. Overall, highly recommend to anyone!"
Heather McDonald, Television Personality, Radio Host, Website Spokesperson, and Motivational Speaker
“Amanda is absolutely one of the best pageant and talent coaches around. Her passion for helping people and dedication to her students is a true inspiration to me! As Miss Ohio she was a true rolemodel throughout the State of Ohio. Whether she is Emceeing special events, performing, doing television/media work or teaching- Amanda gives 110% to everything she does. I would highly recommend her!”

“Amanda set the bar high for Miss Ohio. Between her impressive talent, devotion to her platform of Students Motivated by the Arts, impeccable interview skills, and passion for the program, she has always set a stellar example for others. She has extensive experience teaching dance and voice, in addition to pageant coaching. Her expertise, exquisite personal style and innate ability to properly put together a pageant presentation makes her a true asset to any pageant contestant looking to truly express their personality. Amanda could save any contestant time, money, and effort by giving them the polish and leading edge they need.”
Leslie Ondrey, entertainer, 1st runner up to Miss Ohio 2004
My first year at Miss Ohio I was roommates with Amanda. She was so kind and helpful to me when I was starting out, helping me get over my newbie jitters all week, never hesitating to offer advice or listen to me ramble on about my nerves. Finals night I could not have been more humbled or more honored to have been her First Runner-Up! It's not often you want to see someone besides yourself capture the crown, but Amanda was my winner all week so I could not have been happier to see the crown placed on her head.
As Miss Ohio, Amanda was active in appearances all over the state. She was just as sweet and nurturing to the local titleholders during her reign as she was when we were competing against her. She represented us beautifully at Miss America and made all Ohioans proud!
After her reign ended I started going to Amanda for talent coaching. I would win talent awards, but Amanda gave me that extra edge to my performance that I needed to really put me over my competition. She also helped me immensely with mock interviews, helping me understand where my interview was lacking and how to improve those areas.
In addition to helping improve my pageant career, Amanda has become one of my closest friends. I find myself still looking up to her, and seeking advice from her as I pursue a performing career. Amanda has given me one of the best pieces of advice that has helped me launch my career as a professional singer/actor. She has a wonderful gift for inspiring the best in people, and that makes her an amazing person and pageant coach!
